Pet rent is $40 per month per pet, and there is a $400 pet deposit due. Like a security deposit, the pet deposit is refundble at move out minus any final move out costs.

MERX Slabtown does not have on-site parking. You can easily purchase a Zone M parking permit through the City of Portland for only $220 once per year (sometimes less depending on your annual income). This not only saves you on monthly costs, but the permit covers a huge area of the NW neighborhood, so you can use it when you're out and about!
